Disgraceful service. Ordered at 7pm. Delivery driver called at 8pm unable to find our house. He couldn’t understand what we were saying and kept ending the call and then not accepting when we tried to call him back. Walked around to try find him and he was just sat in a car that only had one headlight round the corner making no attempt at finding the correct house. He then tried to hand us the pizza instead of bring it to our house. The pizza was warm not at all hot by this point and wasn’t actually that good, especially considering the extortionate pricing. Won’t be ordering again. Majorly disappointed. Tried to call Ilkley shop to sort out this issue and they said we could send the food back and re order and did not offer any other resolution. This is not customer service. Don’t bother ordering from this expensive takeaway that is a let down.
I received exceptional service from joseph especially, he was really kind. I had a problem with my order and he helped sort it out leaving me feeling satisfied with my order. I would really recommend going here to anyone nearby. The food is so delicious. Keep up the good work
I stopped in for some food on my break from work. The food was fresh and hot, which was great, but the staff member didn’t acknowledge me until my order was ready — he seemed more interested in his phone than serving customers. Since I ordered online, I’ve been called asking me to leave a review, found this to be annoying. Blocked number in end.
I once had a dominoes pizza in Weston-Super-Mare around 18-20 years ago. It was the worst attempt at a pizza I had ever seen and why I haver never been since. The lack of cheese meant the chicken and sweetcorn all went dry. When you snapped off a piece of pizza the toppings all flew off. After going to the theatre over the road I decided to give it another go, after all if they are still in business the pizzas can't all be as bad as the disaster I experienced. This time it was at least edible but still only one star for the pizza itself. Pre made pizza dough is never going to be good and couple it with very very little cheese and what you have is a biscuit with tomato sauce on it for £8.99 (medium) that will leave you unfulfilled. I can see there are few choices in Ilkley for pizza but I imagine any of them would have been better.
We use Domino’s Ilkley whenever we’re in town, and it’s always a popular option. Food arrives promptly and hot. Service is friendly. Special shout for the Gunpowder Chicken.
