Tesco Superstore

This is a good size Tesco very close to the railway station so very handy if you are travelling by train. When I go to Brid on the train I almost always pop in to Tescos to pick up shopping. It also has a huge carpark including a good number of disabled parking spaces and there’s a cash machine just by the store entrance. It’s always been very well stocked when I have visited with a good fresh produce section and a wide range of free from products. Good lighting, plenty of space between the aisles which are also clear of rubbish and produce cages and a mix of manned and self checkouts. Staff are helpful, friendly and professional.

We’re tourists shopping here on a disabled spot. Didn’t notice the 1 1/2 hour time limit. We got £40 fine for overstaying. Watch out !

I visited the Tesco Extra store in Bridlington early this morning, 6am, and had an emotional meltdown at the self service checkout. A staff member named Kath came to my rescue, she was kind and caring and made me feel better. Thank you Kath, you're a darling.

Our nearest go to when visiting Flamborough. Not a huge supermarket despite the description on line being a superstore. There isn’t a huge vegetarian selection ref ready Meals. Clothing selection is very poor and could be better.
