Boots Pharmacy

Ordered my repeat on 30th Dec. Got a text from Boots to say they have recieved my perscription on the 1st Jan, still waiting to be able to collect it. When i checked after new year was told they have to order the drugs in. Rang today (6th) to be told it only came over yesterday which was clearly untrue as I have their text message and they offer a 7 day service and they dont order drugs in! Somebody is giving misinformation, I can appreciate they are busy but dont lie to customers, I could have taken my perscription to be filled elsewhere. Not a good experience.

Two members of staff dealing with a customer. I stood waiting and waiting. A sorry to keep you waiting would have been acceptable but nothing. Put goods back and left, Amazon will save the day

It is quite small but the staff are helpful. The range of things stocked is quite small but you can get medication and orc essentials .

... Would have been a 5 but there is 1 member of staff that is so full of their own self importance that has made me feel like I don't want to shop when she is on shift..... ( needs to take a course in customer relations). With a bit of luck l hope this store is ear marked for closure as there are much better run Boots stores nearby the only bonus for this one is you can usually park quite near.
