Tesco Superstore

Unprofessional staff who require training especially the managers. They seem to have a different rule on the returns policy here. They need to adhere to their online policies and give their staff the appropriate training on customer service. This is not a store I will be visiting again, neither will I recommend it! It would be a zero star if there was that option.

Attended Tesco at Brighouse at 06:05. I had a faulty hand set. I saw a worker called Michelle Helliwell. Her customers skills were exceptional. At the moment I have health issues with my hip etc. She calmed me down and shown empathy within her conversation. Tried to ring tesco to pass my Positive feedback to manager but to No-avail.. Thankyou Michelle.

My husband didn't take my club card, so when he went to pay he would have to pay full price, she never advised that I could go down with the receipt later and get the discount and the points. Shocking customer service, I find some of the staff on self service not interested in what they're doing

There's a wide range of products avaible here. The parking can be a bit of a pain when its busy, but genetally a well stocked and clean store.

Always have good dates and stock on the things I buy, their app is good too for planning your food shop.
