Pizza Hut Restaurants Sheffield Retail Park

Pizza Hut staff today made my gluten free Christmas! Since the add came out I’ve been dreaming of a Christmas Eve Cranberry Brie and Bacon Pizza. When I got there they don’t do it with the Gluten Free base. To make my Christmas special and lovely member of staff sorted me a create your own GF pizza with Bacon and Brie and gave me a dish of cranberry sauce to complete. Made my Christmas Eve. Couldn’t be happier.

Not being able to eat there in person because due to cross contamination/allergies they don’t cater for a separated bufet menu meaning vegans don’t get to offers neither to enjoy as much also is unfairly way more too expensive. Would be great if Pizza Hut started to do this, yet at the same price or as close to it as possible cause after all, it is not fair. People who is gluten free, wheat free or/and have allergies should check this because online it seems like they cater to some extent for it but in reality they don’t or/are awfully expensive. Also, wheelchair users, be aware that the bump between the street where the cars and the pavement to to get into this Pizza Hut branch might the throw your wheelchair or be hard to get by, perhaps only a problem for powered wheelchair users or/and those using trolleys. There was a superb nice efficient worker who helped me before I decided to left this branch without eating here as for vegans is a total ripoff (with all due respect, it is). This is why I give good stars but still haven’t eat nothing from them yet. I might try online since the superb worker said to me that the options to order online for delivery or collection are different than the ones in the restaurant. Even so, the only 2 toppings options for vegan pizzas online or in person seem unfair anyway. Not good for a business to lose clients or not gaming new ones isn’t it? Up to you. Is not like veganism, allergies , food preferences etc are gonna disappear. Might even increase because of how bad is the quality / packages of many food nowadays (lots of toxic and doubtful ingredients on it plus microplastics. Sad).

Nice decoration for Christmas, music to match. Service was very quick and the food came piping hot and fresh. Natalie was extremely nice and attentive to my needs, and very polite. Will come again when I'm in the area.

We were greeted by the lovely Natalie in the store who asked if we had been before and showed us how to order by the table and where everything is. Lovely and pleasant lady. Lovely atmosphere very chilled out (just what we needed) food was excellent all hot and nothing too much trouble. Will definitely be coming again. Thank you

Arrived at the restaurant just as the buffet was starting. (First customers). So naturally no pizzas were cooked yet. However, this was quickly sorted. And pizzas were all lovely and fresh. Even asking if we had a preference. Natalie the sever was very attention, making sure we were okay with everything. Good experience :)
