Went here today in hopes of it being better than the one in my hometown but it was just as terrible. The chips are bland, the burger is mediocre and tastes of nothing but oil. The wings are atrocious! They were the worst part of the meal as they are pink inside, they are literally uncooked. When I enquired about this the server suggested that it was due to the marination process of the wings but I have been eating wings my whole life and cooking them for half and I know for a fact that the wings were uncooked. The video doesn't showcase the pinkness of the chicken well enough but it was disgusting. I didn't want to risk eating another one as I didn't realise during the first one. Also the server that handed me a fork handed it to me by grabbing the prongs so I didn't feel like hygiene was their top priority. I will avoid Popeye's for life. It just isn't worth the money. Trust me walk around the corner and go to any of the other food spots there and you won't feel like you wasted your money to eat tasteless undercooked food.
We've never been to a Popeye's before. Very good experience. The food was much nicer than I anticipated. The Cajun fries were especially tasty. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back.
I've been trying chicken from different places, and Popeyes finally wins. Best chicken out of all of them. That's not to say I don't also recommend Wingstop, but I would rate Popeyes as the best. Really good value for money too.
Absolutely loved it. Always a fan of Popeyes chicken. Can't get enough of it. The store was super busy when I went, but quality was still there. Good shout out to the staff who does an amazing job. Even though it was so busy the had it in control, well done. Chicken was perfectly cooked, crispy and yummy. The fries were delicious. The milkshakes was nice and good as well. Keep up the great job and will definitely be back for more deliciousness.
Ordered a kids poppy meal and my daughter told me mum I’m not eating this, it looks pink. I have looked at it and I was disgusted. Top brand and selling raw chicken. Thank God my daughter recognised this and didn’t eat it. Guys check your kids meals
