Pizza Hut Meadowhall Express

Waiting almost 10 minutes with nobody at the till at 11:45am near to lunch on a Sunday. It wasn’t even a busy day, it was quite empty for lunchtime. The staff were very visibly behind the pillar and talking to each other without a care in the world. They had a customer before myself who was waiting on food with children, but the staff had no care. When they decided to finish their conversation, the girl who served was unapologetic and disinterested, speaking in low volume - even the customer before couldn’t tell what she was saying. She took my order, half asleep - then proceeded to do her own thing, ignoring the next lot of customers. My order was placed down with no indication of whose order it was then left on the side; only when I asked did I know it was my order and not the other two who were waiting. No straws available and when asked; was just shrugged off with a ‘we’re out’. The pizza received was not even cut properly. Very poor experience and would highly recommend the managerial staff retrain their Sunday morning/afternoon rota of staff.

Stopped off for dinner in the oasis... The fastest place for food! The order was ready in not even a minute for 3 pizzas! 😱 Absolutely delicious may I add! The staff was friendly, smiling and helpful. Not a lot of places to eat downstairs at the weekend but always space upstairs. 11 out of 10 for service and taste! Would definately come back again! Had a lovely meal here whilst shopping around meadowhall, the service was exceptional and the decor was impeccable! Nothing beats seeing a tiny duck in random places to brighten you're day!

Really enjoyed the place, my son loved his pizza, 10 out of 10 and wonderful staff

One of the worst pizza I ever had, toppings are not spread out evenly in every slice, they are just thrown on pizza. And crust was bubbly and crispy. Not on cheese burst I would expect.
