For the last four years they have advertised themselves as open on Sundays, but they have not met in this building at all during that time. Their other online accounts are all out of date as well. The church still exists but they clearly have no interest in new members or people just turning up to meet with God. Admin mistakes happen and we feel really bad when they affect other people, especially when those people were making an effort to seek God by trying to get to a church. But this church has been continuing to dismiss their place in the community for at least the 4 years I have lived here, and that is inexcusable. Go with the evidence you have and avoid. There are several other active good churches in the area, go to them (Smawthorne Community. CutSyke fellowship, Christchurch Xscape).
