If I could give 0 stars I would. The staff were rude and absolutely miserable, there was one member of staff who was polite and had a smile (young girl). The food was a massive disappointment, son was missing chips, partner was missing half of his order. Food was that bad even my two year old would only eat the garlic bread. What a waste of £50, it’s really gone down hill

A great mix of youth and wisdom for eye catching decor. The food was delicious and plentiful especially the desert (hot chocolate fudge cake with a scoop of ice cream) A good range of alcoholic with non-alcohol choices. The staff are always very welcoming and friendly. Very close to the Retail and entertainment Center. We will definitely be visiting again. Thank you to Cheryl and the team.

We was there for my sister birthday she had booked a table for 14 people and they were very flexi with us been alot us. The food came out all together, no one was waiting for there food, the food was still piping hot when servered to us all. When at the end paying cheryl was so polite and kind to us and so patient with us all when paying the bill. I would recommend this place to my friends.

Out for a birthday meal with family and friends. All lovely, great service from Sue and Rachael. Friendly and efficient when our order was taken at the bar. We will definitely return. Excellent value for money too, for 8 people with desserts too

I booked the Christmas festive menu for 6 of us, 4 adults and 2 children as a special treat. We got a call the night before saying our starters weren’t available despite being ordered for weeks. The waitress was lovely and said we’d sort it out when we arrived. As promised I was asked what we would like, unfortunately our request was declined as they only take out the starters if ordered, so I went without. I’ll live with this but when the main meals and deserts came, we were all totally disappointed. Nothing like the advertised photos and poor quality. Although I paid we will Not be visiting again. This is a shame as we’d had a bad meal before and not visited for several years, we only went through a recommendation, I should have know better. Feel so let down and extremely upset with everything. Very, very, very poor food. Great service from the staff who were lovely, such a shame.
