Top notch Food and Service! Massive thanks to all the staff on duty New Years Eve. Meals and drinks were spot on! We even cancelled our Premier Inn breakfast the next morning and raced back to Wetherspoon. Breakfast has never tasted this good and honestly, the Premier Inn can keep their soggy toast!
We went to junction 32 shopping outlet to find some bargains just after Xmas. We then decided to go over to the Winter Seam which is a Wetherspoons pub for a drink and a bite to eat. This was a great choice as it was the first time we have been. We got lucky as it was quite full and just as we walked through the door we were greeted by the Manager who was called Andrew. He showed us to a table and explained how everything worked and where things were, toilets etc. He was very courteous and polite. The bar staff were the same when I went to place my order for food and drink. The food was good and was piping hot and came quickly. Andrew turned up as we were eating and asked us if everything was OK and if we needed anything. Everything was fine. There is an extensive menu which caters for all your dietary needs Wheelchair access Plenty of parking on the doorstep or just a short walk away. Children are always welcomed. The toilets were very clean and fresh. The staff cleared and cleaned the tables quickly which I always like to see as some places you go to look as though they just don't care and put me off eating there. All in All a very good experience and will definitely call in again next time we are at junction 32.
I was a frequent visitor to this pub restaurant, and the food was always consistently nice in the past. However, my last visit was quite disappointing due to significant menu changes. I was very let down to find that the Mixed Grill had been removed entirely, and there were no steak options available either. While the food used to be a highlight, the removal of popular and staple dishes like these really detracts from the experience. I sincerely hope these classic options return to the menu soon
