Great food good service, clean cafe with polite staff. It's not just about a great breakfast. There is plenty to choose from. And don't forget about the Christmas dinner service.
I ordered a sandwich this morning for me and my partner. I used to live on Beancroft Road and came here all the time. The Spam and mushroom sandwich was dreadful, wet , cold soggy and pure mush . I have had to ask for a refund from just eat. There was a thick layer of grease over the spam too that made the sandwich and bread inedible. Won’t be ordering again 😕 which is a shame as usually this is not the case , however , haven’t eaten here for years so very disappointed this is now the standard!
5 of us went today for a takeaway sandwich and we got bacon and tomato large and a couple got bacon n tom and bacon and egg medium they were beautiful from the breadcake to the plenty of bacon . Staff were friendly and polite .we loved the quirky little things we saw the little table with boot legs and the floor sign . Will deffo be back
Not a bad cafe for breakfast. Had the standard breakfast with black pudding which was tasty and reasonably priced. Staff friendly and efficient, cafe clean and tidy.
I ordered through Just Eat 4 days ago and the waiting time was 40 minutes. After 40 minutes, I went to check the order status and it told me to wait other 50 minutes when I thought it was on way, so I had to cancel the order. Just Eat never refunded me for that order when normally they refund straigh away after you cancel an order , there must be something wrong in this place.
