Me and my boyfriend decided to try out a new place , it was our first time at pizza express. Eva was absolutely amazing, took our order straight away and kept checking in to make sure we were happy with everything. Food was amazing too. Will definitely be back
This was my first visit to Pizza Express in a long time and I was slightly disappointed! It took us quite a while to get seated as there was only one member of staffing who had to also deal with other tables. However when we did get seated the customer service was amazing! The lady who was taking care of us was really kind and charismatic. The calamari starter was very good and quite a large portion. The pizzas arrived and they looked great but we quickly learned that they were nearly flat out cold which was devastating as the pizzas themselves would have been a 10/10. It almost seemed like maybe they were just sat out somewhere waiting to be brought to the table? The tiramisu dessert was very nice and a big portion. The prices are a little bit high for what the establishment is but I must say that the portions are large so for a 3 course meal the price is reasonable. Overall, the meal started well and finished well so it’s not a bad spot.
Perfect post ski slope pizza! Fast and friendly service. Excellent vegan and vegetarian optiosn. Our server Lee was great - helping us figure out the best deal we could get on the app!
I would say I have mixed feelings about this place. I went two different days and the experience was completely different. In the first day the staff was really nice, the order came fast and the cannelloni were amazing! In the second one, the order took a lot of time and pizzas was a little bit disappointing. Overall I would still say 4*
Been 3 times now. Tried to get Table for 3 on each occasion and despite probably only one third of tables occupied we were turned away. The Operator clearly has no idea of running what could be a much higher profitability. AND it reflects poorly on the Pizza Express brand. KIDS running Businesses and have no idea or Business sense.
