We chose The Ninth to host a hen party. From making initial contact, through to the event, the staff were helpful and efficient in ensuring everything was perfect for our celebration. We were allowed in early to decorate the venue, and staff were friendly and accommodating throughout. The room was an ideal size for our party and the food served was absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. A great experience, would definitely recommend!

We celebrated our son’s birthday here today and couldn’t have chosen a better place. The Sunday Roast was absolutely FIVE STAR — every element on the plate was so carefully crafted, it felt like a flawless gastronomic experience. We also celebrated my husband’s birthday here last year, and the improvement since then has been remarkable — every visit keeps getting better, and today was no exception. I was gutted I couldn’t find room for their sticky toffee pudding (easily one of the best I’ve ever had!), but what really stood out was how effortlessly the team accommodated our needs. Nothing felt like a hassle, and it made the whole celebration even more special. ❤️
Went for a Sunday dinner with the family and it was absolutely delicious. Plenty of options for different meat and vegan options. Everything was cooked to perfection and delicious. Also came with all the trimmings with options of stuffing and pigs in blankets. Would definitely recommend and will be back.
Great little eatery with many choices of ales. Sunday lunch is amazing as is the week day menu includingpie night which is just the best. Staff are so friendly and accommodating.
