I ordered a chicken chow mein and sweet and sour chicken from Magic Wok - Castleford Chinese Takeaway. The chow mein was full of flavour with plenty of chicken and vegetables, and the noodles were not overcooked. The sweet and sour chicken was crispy and came with a generous amount of sauce. Portions were large and reasonably priced. Delivery was quick, and the food arrived hot .Overall experience was very good. I would definitely order again.
Sadly did not enjoy. It was almost impressive that nothing we had ordered came with any flavour whatsoever... Chicken and cashew, which was basically a chicken soup with chunky veg and 5 or so scattered cashew nuts on top, pork chow mein, crispy beef, S&P chips and prawn toast. Won't be returning.
never had food from here, picked up for my parents they say foods good but saw they have a massive fish on show in front of the shop. the poor thing had the tiniest tank with nothing in apart from a bit of gravel at bottom. if your going to have a pet regardless if its just a fish you should get stuff it needs. the poor thing can barely swim 5cm.
I drive 20mins to come here. Best Chinese, hot honey crispy chicken 🫶
