Ordered special kabab from here on just eat. Took a hour and 20 mins to arrive and it was stone cold. Asked restaurant to collect and give refund. Told me to go to just eat for refund and wouldn't collect the food. Just kept saying we will look after you on your next order. As if I am going to order from them again,no chance
I ordered £33 worth of food, if that’s what you can call it. This is my first time ordering with this takeaway and definitely my last A peshwari Nan that has actually gone off and smells of strong chemical,. 4 x Completely dried out, onion bhajis, with zero taste. Two curries ordered, which probably are the worst I’ve ever had, absolutely no taste at all and certainly not as those dishes should taste Old salad that’s dried out, and dried out chips as well. All of which arrived late. Rang up to complain, and basically was told there was nothing they will do about apart from give me credit on my next order. I would warn anybody to avoid this place like the plague. I owned a takeaway myself for 13 years and the naan bread is clearly off, something which would have made us ill, no apology, no resolution, no nothing. I will be discussing this with Wakefield food standards agency as this is not acceptable whatsoever. The manager didn’t even wish to discuss it with me, but instead hid behind his own staff to handle complaint. Avoid !!!!
To be transparent I did leave a negative review a few months ago, after months of getting great food (really recommend the chicken wrap meal) all of a sudden we got a very stale, strange tasting burger…and the driver nabbed our change. Decided to give it another go 2 night ago. OH MY DAYS! It was divine! We got a zinger meal which came with chicken strips, fries and a burger. Extra fresh and very hot! And the driver didn’t run off with our money so that’s a bonus I can only assume that maybe they have a really good cook and another that’s not so good.. I must admit that it can be a gamble based on the above, however, I have ordered from there A LOT and only had the one bad experience so I’m going to keep on ordering my wraps and zinger meals! :) and I took down the negative review!
don’t even answer the phone when open
ordered 3 burgers off of uber eats, which was required to choose a sauce and had no option to not choose a sauce, so i thought the sauce would be separate. this was not the case the burgers had 2-3 sauces mixed together, absolute waste of 40 pound. when i rang up they said it was not there fault but uber eats. waste of time waste of money
