On 2/9/25 went to the hub to open a child's saving account Nicholla was very helpful and made it very easy to do and understand. Also helped me with closing some unused accounts. And advised a few things that I hadn't thought about since having a baby. Many Thanks, Becky
2nd September, my daughter and myself had an appointment with Nicholla to open a savings account for my new Grandson George. I know we could have done this through the app via video call but I still like to do somethings face to face. Nicholla was very helpful opening the accounts one for me and my daughter for him but she also mention other things that were very helpful too.
Me and my partner have visited the Pontefract branch twice and both times served by Nicholla. We would like to express our gratitude to this lady for all her work, while having issues through mobile banking and telephone calls, she got all our issues sorted within 10 minutes. Very hard working, knows what she’s talking about and super efficient. Will definitely be calling back and asking for her for any future issues.
I met with Val today. She was friendly, professional helpful and attentive to my banking needs. She promptly identified and resolved my problem. And her colleague Nichola have assisted me in the past and we're both most helpful. I found the Saturday opening really helpful as it fits in with my work patterns.
Sue served me and was extremely helpful. She was so knowledgeable and patient with me. She showed empathy to my situation and took the time to talk me through what I needed to do. It was a pleasant experience and I will definitely use the site again. Sue is definitely an asset to Barclays. Such an approachable, helpful member of staff who strives to do a great job
