We recently bought a car from Jack at Black label vehicle sales and couldn't be happier with our purchase and expirence. Jack was very informative and answered all our questions but the best part was how relaxed we felt and not pressured at all. Theres nothing worse than a pushy salesman and Jack was the complete opposite, he let the car sell itself and let us enjoy the test drive. We will definitely check the stock at Black label when we are ready for a new car.

From my very first phone call with Jack, I knew that my car buying experience was going to be first class. He was knowledgeable about the car and was able to answer all my questions (and trust me, I had a lot!). There was never any rushing or hard sales tactics in play - Jack was genuine about the car, its condition and what I would expect. I live the best part of 5 hours away from Black Label Car Sales, so understandably I was very nervous about what I would find. I can safely say that the car was as described and in some aspects exceeded my expectations. Jack was very understanding, professional and accommodating - picking me up from the station, late night car viewing slots, showing me around the car. What I found to be truly exceptional, was Jack’s after sales customer service. Normally when your drive away with your new car, you would expect little to no help and support. Jack has gone above and beyond in assisting me with some very minor issues and I’m personally grateful. It’s very rare that you meet people like Jack who looks after their customers so well. It’s probably why he has so much repeat custom. I have no hesitation in returning back to Jack in the future - in fact I’m constantly looking at his stock list!

All round fantastic experience!! Purchased a VW Golf GTI from here and the service from start to finish was amazing. Condition of the car upon collection was exactly as described and expected. No issues and would highly recommend.

Bought a BMW 1 series from Jack this time last year and have had nothing but trouble with it since… have just took it for its MOT which it failed because it has a cracked alloy wheel which has previously been welded!? Car was off the road for 5 months to replace the timing chain within 3 months of buying the car, the gear box had been replaced and keeps slipping out of reverse from day 1 and the car has definitely had some paint work done in the past I genuinely think the car I bought was a CATC/D that had been fixed up and sold on without informing me of this information Sorry to say as all the dealings with Jack to the build up of the sale were hassle free and seemed like a decent guy, but is definitely getting some dodgy stock from somewhere! Response: The car looked good with no cosmetic issues, my point is that 2 separate garages have commented that the car has had paintwork done in the past and isn’t original If by extensive test drive you mean a 5-10 minute drive around the local streets then ok, who reverses a car on a test drive unless you need to!? In hindsight perhaps I should have As for the replaced gearbox you informed me that it “should” still be under warranty and that I could go back to them if there were any problems As for not making contact I would have and probably should have sooner but as I have relocated 200 miles away and been setting up a new business I didn’t have the time and chose to resolve the issues locally myself at my cost However the final straw, which lead me to leave the negative review was the fact that during its MOT it failed due to having a cracked alloy wheel, which had previously been welded, none of which was mentioned when purchasing the car, and wasn’t addressed in your response You may feel that my negative review is harsh, but having forked out around £3000 over the past year to maintain the problems that keep arising with the vehicle, I feel that my review is fair
