Castleford Trade Centre

It’s always a gamble going to buy a second hand car but after reading the reviews for Castleford Trade Centre and seeing a car on their site that we liked and could afford, we decided to go have a look. In the end we bought a ford focus (not the original car we were going to look at but the price was right for a bit of an upgrade). We came to collect it a week later. After driving it home we realised there was a strange sound coming from the left and a couple of little bits that needed seeing to. We contacted Mick and he said to bring it back so he could see to it. He got the car fixed straight away and we are very happy with both the car and the service. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for an honest sale.

Bought my car from these guys recently. Very knowledgeable and let me take it for an extended test drive.I was in Spain when I found the car online and they talked me through the full description and reserved the car for me until I came home. Zero pressure sale and an excellent description on line that matched with my expectation of the car when I viewed it. Sorted the log book online to allow the transfer of my private plate in a timely manner. Would absolutely recommend. 7 weeks in and a thousand miles with zero issue.

The bloke who I bought the car from Mick was helpful with advice and showed trust with the test drive and allowing me to take this car out myself to test it over. The car matched the online description, It was a smooth drive home over the motorway and I am happy with this purchase!

We recently bought a Hyundai i40 estate from this local garage and have been really pleased with the service. We didn’t feel pushed or pressured when buying the car and it was a really relaxed process. After taking the car home there was a fault with the clutch but after the weekend they quickly came to collect the car & were transparent throughout the time the car was getting fixed. The car did take 2 weeks to get sorted but they communicated often and offered us other alternatives. The car is now back with us and we are really happy with the drive, condition and price we paid for it.

Recently purchased a Kia from this company however within 15 mins of picking car up it was overheating I called Shane a part owner of company and told him it was overheating he turned up at my home 20 minutes later he checked the car he acknowledged it was faulty and took it to his garage to be fixed. The car was at his garage for just under a week during this time Shane kept me posted on his attempts to fix the overheating problem but admitted he was having difficulties identifying the cause and was unsure of how long it would be before he got it fixed and returned to me. I could not wait too long as needed transport to get to work so I suggested swapping for an alternative car Shane agreed and I chose a nissan it was cheaper than than the Kia and Shane reimbursed me the difference. I am very happy and pleased with this nissan I would like to add that Shane was extremely helpful genuine and honest and I would have no hesitation in purchasing a car from this company in the future
