I bought a car from here a few weeks ago. A ford fiesta zetec S. Went on the day with no previous communication, saw the car, test drove it then bought it. I wanted to wait a few weeks to put a review on to see how the car is. I can honestly say there has been nothing wrong with it at all. The guy that sold it too me seemed really genuine and was a really nice guy. Was a really good price and I can’t fault it at all. Purchasing it was a very smooth process and had no problems since. 5 star from me! My partner will be purchasing a car soon and I’ve told him to come here. I’ve been other places before this place and have had 3 cars in the space of a month due to so many problems with the past few cars I bought elsewhere and had to return. Really happy with my new car and glad to finally say I have one with no problems and no stress! 10000% recommend!

I would have no problems buying from these guys again. I’ve had my car for a couple of weeks now and purchasing from them was smooth and easy to do. There was no high pressure sales, they just let me test drive and decide. Thanks

I can't say enough good things about Martin and the team at Eurocars. Buying a car online and unseen from 160 miles away is a huge leap of faith, but the ad and video tour were so detailed, they made it easy to feel confident. The car showed up exactly as promised, with a fresh MOT and all the little fixes taken care of - and absoloutely sparkling clean. The real test came on delivery day. Just my luck, a fault popped up on the way to me, something they couldn't have possibly known about. Honestly, my heart sank for a moment. But I spoke to Martin and he was brilliant. He told me to get it checked out by a specialist near me, and they covered the entire bill and liaised with them directly. It was that simple. At no point did I feel like I'd been ripped off or that they knew about it beforehand. These things just happen sometimes, and they handled it perfectly. Anyone can sell a car. But these guys actually stand by them. They made a situation that could have been a total nightmare feel completely fine. If you want a dealership you can truly trust, don't hesitate to go with Eurocars. Next time I'm in the market for a car I wouldn't hesitate to contact Martin again - distance is no object when you know the guys on the other end are as honest and genuine as they are. Warning - Do NOT Use The whole situation with this company is a joke. Bought a car from this company and travelled 60 miles to collect it . The car come with 1 month warranty and shortly after that the ABS, Traction and Hill assist light comes on. Contact the dealer who pretty much said it’s not their issue. Spoke to the finance company and now the dealer is offering me £100 less to get the car fixed locally. On top of all this there was a video of the car on the YouTube channel which stated the car has apple car play. It doesn’t ……… and when I have tried to contact them about it they have taken the video down……… I know my right from the Consumer act ….. I will make sure nobody else gets done like his again and will be leaving my comments on other social media platforms Response. I will respond the the companies reply. 1st of all when I called you about the problem you told me that there was nothing you could do. Just was a case of dealing with it myself . 2nd, you only agreed to help when the finance company got in involved. 3rd - I see you have replied about the false advertising YouTube Video that stated the vehicle has apple car play when it doesn’t . I’ve noticed you have taken then video down . If you have nothing to hide I suggest you upload the video again to I can speak to the finance company and get this sorted . I’m not a little man, just do not like false advertising and being taken advantage of. If you would have dealt with the emails that where sent a week after the purchase and not ignore them i would not have left a review . I will get this sorted and speaking to YouTube to see if I can get a copy of the video for the finance company

This is the second time I have bought a vehicle from Eurocars after owning my Seat Leon I first purchased from them nearly 5 years ago, and it turned out to be a great car. Once again i found Andrew and Martin to be very knowledgable and helpfull making the whole process very smooth and straight forward. Would 100% recommend them to family and friends and they will be my first contact the next time I need a new vehicle👍
