Best customer service ever. Love my car. Will most definitely be returning for another car in the future.
Delighted with my used Sportage car, came in perfect condition with full MOT completed. Warranty offered and reassurance from the beginning. Test drive was relaxed with no hard sell, lovely business, who make sure you are happy with your purchase. Highly recommend this family run business.
Higher price on the car at the garage compared to what was advertised online. Deposit put down on a car that we decided in the end not to buy. When we told the chap we no longer wanted the car he said "well you have lost your deposit" which i understand because we had taken up his time and he had sent the vehicle to be MOTd but when i enquired if some of the £500 deposit could be returned (MOTs obviously don't cost £500) i was met with a no chance attitude and he even said that usually the deposit charged is 10% which in this case would have meant £1k. (Well now aren't i lucky - thanks very much for such an amazing gesture) Now I'm not unreasonable and i left it there but the reality is that this guy pocketed £500 for 30 minutes of his time at the garage and sending the car off for an MOT. Any chance of us returning to look at and purchase a different vehicle are now gone because instead of a reasonable, sensible attitude all this fella was bothered about was keeping the £500 which lets face it is £500 for nothing. Not the sort of bloke id like to do business with - AVOID.
Cannot recommend Andrew highly enough. Have bought my last 2 cars with Fourways and I go back for annual service and to arrange MOT. I was also offered a very fair trade in price when I last changed vehicles.
Have had 3 cars from Andy at Fourways , my son has bought from as has my father, we all had excellent service, and the help and advice doesn't stop after driving away from the garage, been back many times for service MOT and minor fault and always been looked after. Ive no doubt that when it's time for change of motor Fourways (Andy) will be the first place I visit to try and get sorted.
