Cannot praise this garage enough. Car booked in for MOT, fully communicated with me throughout. Sent a video of all the issues, customer service ladies were very helpful on the phone and in person. Very professional and friendly service. Car was cleaned and hoovered. Work done in good timely manner. A fantastic service all round will definitely continue using them 👍

This is now my second car with Darren which means I’ve willingly gone back to the same sales adviser every three years. That alone should tell you everything. He’s funny, properly down to earth and refreshingly free of sales nonsense. No pressure or script, he actually remembers who I am and makes the whole process feel human and not so transactional. If buying a car always felt this relaxed people wouldn’t dread it so much!
