Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Castleford

My daughter and family came to visit so I decided to use enterprise for a weeks rental. I chose my car online and booked everything. On the day of pick up I was greeted by such a wonderful, professional and knowledgable gentleman. He explained that the car I had booked was not available but gave me a free upgrade to a much bigger and luxurious vehicle. The vehicle had a full tank of fuel and I was only there 10 minutes before getting on my way, so quick and painless. I dropped the vehicle back off exactly at the agreed time and was met by the same gentleman who asked me about my experience with the car, which was sincere and caring. He didn’t mess about, he checked the car off in 5 minutes, thanked me and said that’s all done and I’ve sent your deposit back it’ll be back in your account within a day or two. Amazing customer service, such friendly staff whilst also keeping professionalism at the forefront of the experience. I will definitely be using enterprise again and will be recommending them to my friends and family too. If you need a vehicle rental, look no further than these wonderful people at Enterprise. Lovely and accommodating staff. I was a bit of a complex case with a foreign driving license and no credit card on hand, my foreign debit card wasn’t working for some reasons so they managed to find a good solution for me. The van was clean and decent, perfectly what I needed for the day. The procedure to return the vehicle was very swift and easy. Will definitely use again with such competitive rates!

Recently needed to use this service as I lost my keys and was unable to drive home. I have two babies, and had a ton of stuff, they helped me load up the car, explained how to use the vehicle and was amazing from beginning to end. Would definitely recommend! They even assisted in the cancellation of a payment as the drop off branch said the vehicle was damaged. Amazing people and very helpful! Thank you again

It is lovely being threatened, intimidated and bullied by Enterprise Castleford. I have a vehicle on long term hire and agreed this through the month or longer team in Leeds on 24th November. I did this because I am out with customers on a regular basis and, until I get my company vehicle, this is my transport. I am on my way to Scotland today to see an important customer and the Castleford branch demanded my vehicle back despite me giving a full audit trial and asking them to contact the Leeds office who had arranged long term hire. The representative, who didn't give his name, was bullish and stated they were coming through and I had 'no choice' - more bullying and intimidation. The tone was threatening and not the customer service you would expect or indeed deserve from an industry that puts the customer at the heart of the operation. To compound the issue, no apology and the phone was put down. I have escalated this to the Leeds long term hire team. A simple resolution could have been them calling the LTHT and checking before throwing around threats. I spoke to the LTHT and it seems they have committed my vehicle to another customer without checking first. Incompetent and abusive - a great combination. Do not book through Enterprise Castleford !

The staff at Enterprise Castleford were so helpful, especially Denton Snowden the Branch Manager! As my car broke down I was able to get a rental car and extend the period of time I needed the car for, it was a very stressful day but the staff were so kind and helpful, thank you :)
