CS Auto Electrics

We came here yesterday after driving on the A1 and having no visibility through the windscreen due to the fuse blowing. We were pretty desperate, it was my mums 60th birthday so it was a bit rubbish! We were initially told they were an engineer down so they couldn’t fit us until Friday! We were travelling back to Norfolk so we couldn’t wait till Friday but it was too dangerous for us to be driving on the motorway with next to no visibility! I went back in and spoke to a different gentleman this time, a slightly older man who honestly was wonderful and super understanding. I had done some research so I had a bit of an understanding what the issue may of been (the fuse going) so he came out to have a look at my mums car and within ten minutes he had changed the fuse and we were good to go back to Norfolk. He really went above and beyond, was just really understanding of our situation and dealt with it so quickly for us. We honestly cannot thank him enough and we are so grateful and he is proof that there really are some lovely people in this world. (We didn’t catch his name with all the chaos I’m sorry)

Excellent service, would strongly recommend, got me in at short notice, advised what the electrical problem was , fixed and back on the road again. Thanks for your help , 5 star service

The only reason I shop here is because of John , he works on the shop floor as you walk in , ask him a question he will help you with the right answer, he will help you purchase the right parts you need for the job and up sell you something else which you will need. I only come here because of him! I believe in people make places you can have a million pound stock on the shelf but with the wrong people selling the items it will still be on the shelf next year ! Great place ! I was in there last week and it���s got even better the shop floor has been extended so you can see all the products on sale on the shelf’s.

Just went here for a 3 inch long battery cable! They couldn't do this job because apparently the cable needs to be cut from a 10m drum and then needs a terminal crimping on either end! And to carry out this 5 minute job requires a trained member of staff who will expect to get paid for doing this job and that cost's money! And there's no way we can make a profit on this! Lol 😂😂😂😂

Can’t thank these guys enough! We were having electrical issues with the front and rear lights on our work vehicle, they managed to squeeze us in a short notice (twice!), found the fault and got us back on the road. We literally can’t do our job without our vehicle, which also has a knock-on impact for our customers and freelance staff, so we greatly appreciate the time and effort put in by the engineer(s) to fix the problem and to all the office staff for their excellent communication and customer service. It’s great to have such a professional and reliable company in our local area, we can 100% recommend them to anyone having auto electrical issues and their shop is well stocked with everything you could possibly need!
