Get a lot of parts from here for my car.havent had any issues with any I've had from belts and bushes to discs pads tensioners but I do always go for the better products,most parts will have 2/3 options of price depending on brand,I always get the better ones.shop also has a few car bits in and fluids cleaning products.staff are always helpful and polite,Paula did a great job in sourcing a part for my BMW that was no longer on their parts list.think it's card payments only.
On bringing back a wheel-bearing I was told that and £8 restocking charge would be made as the purchase was slightly outside four weeks. I told them that at the time of purchase I advised I might not be able to get it back sooner....no problem they'd said. The chap at the counter asked if it was cash or card ....probably on a card I replied and he disappeared upstairs. I could hear the the conversation with the manager above being along the lines of "can't he f......g recall what he used." I can take the language but clearly this isn't a way to deal with customers. In future I'll not buy local and opt for Euro parts where the the return period is up to a year. The counter assistant was apologetic and friendly but I think the problem was higher up so to speak
I was looking for a part,after ringing around I Rang SDL up for the part,they said they had it ! So I drove 15 miles to pick it up,after waiting almost 20 minutes the guy said sorry it's not on the shelf but we can get it for you, The organisation of stock here seems pathetic, book items out when they are gone and update your systems... A total waste of my time and very unprofessional approach.... GSF or Euro car parts are way ahead of the Game in this field and will be getting all my custom from now on..
Alway got parts and good prices
Went in today completely clueless as to what what wipers I needed and I can not fault them they found the exactly ones and didn't cost a bomb they could of easily of mugged me off as I didn't have a clue. I will 100% be using them again. Thanks again
