ABS Hand Car Wash

I had a great experience at this car wash. The staff were friendly, quick and paid attention to detail my car came out spotless inside and out and the price was totally worth it definitely one of the best car wash i have had

Waved their arms at me like I know what they were saying! Shouted at me to stop while backing up even though my car has cameras on every side. Seemed really unhappy I turned up for a simple car wash. Also over charged me by £2. Wash and dry was supposed to be £8.

Arrived at 16:55… 5 mins before they closed they still washed my vehicle and were happy to help me out as i was due to deliver the vehicle to a customer. Happy, friendly staff.

I wished that I had read the reviews before leaving my vehicle with them. I do believe they have changed hands because the professionalism and service were not there. I dropped my car off for a deep clean and full valet because I had just purchased it secondhand and the previous owner had a dog. The guy reckoned he needed it virtually all day! It was raining and not many cars there so I didn’t question it and went off looking around Xscape and Freeport which took about an hour max. I also went to watch a movie and still not a word from him. Four hours later he called to say my car was ready. I paid him the agreed price of £60 as it’s small and asked if everything had been done before leaving. The car was overpoweringly fragrant and had been washed outside and perhaps a light vacuuming inside but that’s all. No polish as it was raining he said, then why charge me for it? I also noticed marks and scratches on the offside hubcap and the near wing mirror hanging off. The guy is very rude and you can’t reason with him. I tried calling his boss and he was out of the country in Sweden for a family funeral. That old chestnut. In short, don’t go there.
