I sent my buisness products via the Hermes parcel worth 1800pds over a month ago after no response on where my goods are was told is lost just like that no apologies Made a complain and was told will take 28 days Only receive 30pds back and was told that's all I will be getting back Please i need help to get justice as this is fraud and not fair on my buisness
