Just a routine checkup with David Hirst & his team. Once I was sat in the waiting area, it was a mere 5 minutes before I was called in. All checked out, with in less than 10 minutes, 2 x-rays taken as a precaution. Always welcoming, always polite & interested in the person. Nothing to be done after the checkup & waiting fingers crossed for another 12mth wait till we see each other again. Downstairs at reception, it was also efficient & speedy as well as on time. We do miss the original gang at what was Vincent & Mack's but time moves on. Really appreciate the service David provides & the rest of the team. Thank you all.
The Bupa Dental at Castleford, West Yorkshire is absolutely the best. The ladies on reception Deb & Caroline are always an absolute joy to see. Deb’s especially is such a warm, lovely, helpful lady and always makes me smile. The dentist Gionis and nurse Janine were fantastic too.
I recently attended for a check up appointment with Kenna and dental assistant Sheryl. They were very thorough and took the time to explain everything which instantly put me at ease. I then returned for a filling and a clean and polish and it was the quickest and most painless procedure I have ever had. They are both so friendly and welcoming! After fearing the dentist my whole life I left my appointment feeling so much more confident and I just wanted to say thank you!
Outstanding service from Bupa Dental Castleford, my partner and I recently registered here and I have since had quite a bit of work done. The whole team has been fantastic, big thanks to Anna & Alison, very professional and diligent - also very friendly & personable. Also to Caroline for getting everything processed easily through our Bupa cover!
After months of feeling awful due to Bruxism and fracturing teeth as a result, Kena & Sheryl have restored my smile. Both ladies have been simply amazing throughout my treatment and have gone above and beyond to remedy my pain. I am so grateful, both are a credit to the team at Castleford.
