We’ve tried to arrange our son to be added to the practice, when I came in I asked to sign him up and was told they didn’t have any paperwork and needed to print it out.. I was then advised to do it online which I did, I got an email and a missed call, called them back and they knew nothing about the email advising me there was an issue on why he couldn’t be added. The lady who found it difficult to listen to what I had to say then added me to the system manually… I called back a few weeks later when my son needed to see someone … we can’t find him in the system this place is a JOKE
The staff and Doctors are always polite and helpful at this surgery. My only gripe is that you're often waiting half an hour after your appointment time, kinda seems pointless even making an appointment!
I am so grateful to be at this GP surgery. Every staff member I come across is helpful & kind. My family and I are well looked after by this practice. Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.
The receptionist I called today to enquire for my prescription had zero empathy, she failed to listen and understand why the error i explained to her occurred, all she cared was to tell me to do something else after waiting 30 minutes on call. She later banged the phone on me at the end. I would have understood her actions if I was rude to her but that wasn’t the case,I just needed solutions. Very rude.
You'd think they owe you money with the way they dodge you. If you even get on the phone at all the receptionists are incredibly rude and impatient constantly trying to push you off the phone. Every service they're supposed to provide is fobbed off onto online services or email or apps - this would be great except they never work properly. The only upside is that my doctor herself is absolutely incredible. The reception and functionality of the place needs a major overhaul. If their staff are struggling to keep up maybe they should hire extra people smh 🙄
