Have been a patient there for at least six years and since COVID this surgery really went downhill... The receptionist thinks she's a Cerberus and instead of enabling people the use of services, she's making sure nobody gets through. Calling them in the morning to make an appointment is an impossible feat as the line is always busy. Even if you manage to get through you will be listening to an automated service for half an hour telling you that you're fifth in the queue numerous times. And when you're finally first in the queue - it suddenly disconnects you allowing you to have all the fun over again... Getting any referral out of them is also an impossible task... Sometimes it feels like they wait for you to die and stop annoying them.
Needs to sort the booking systems out and place people in a que not just saying line busy could you please sort this out because i have been trying for over half an hour just to speak with a doctor unacceptable this is.
