I worked in the Flu Clinic this morning and some people didn’t have smart phones to be able to leave feed back so I am posting on their behalf: All good Organised well Went well Wouldn’t change anything Really easy Very quick process Everyone is lovely Excellent Straight in and out All good Was busy but didn’t have to wait too long Thank you everyone that attended

Absolutely shocking service from this g.p practice! Almost impossible to get an appointment, the communication between patient/reception/clinicition is diabolical, it's like Chinese whispers and even the simplest of problems takes weeks to sort out. Two of my precious family members are stressed and suffering because of this place. Too much to say to put on here but definitely AVOID if you are looking to register here! Place needs massive improvement to their processes to get people seen and helped quicker! God help the patients that are elderly or disabled with no family to help them, it's a full time job for even the most capable of people to chase up and get any help from this place.
