I Have been at this surgery a very long time, I have to say I have never ever had any issue with the service, or with obtaining an appointment and I feel all my concerns have always been met with curiosity and care. I feel really reassured especially recently that my health needs are being actioned and taken seriously and I have nothing but praise to offer everyone in the practice who I have spoken to recently. Thank you!

Miss Lucy Stephenson the physician accociate at this practice is brilliant. She dealt with my problems during a visit this week with great care and compassion. She conducted a thorough examination and diagnosed the issue straight away and prescribed antibiotics that have completely resolved the issue. I had a chest infection that really impacted my breathing. Considering that I have Asthma she really knew how this was affecting my health and thanks to her care, the infection has completely gone. Thank you so much Lucy and thank you to Sally on reception that ensured I received an appointment the same day. I am really grateful. A great practice.

Used to speak highly of this practice. My children and I, have had some very positive experiences with Dr Kapoor and Lucy who is fab. However not so much with who I presume is a locum GP who lied on my notes, and couldn't even get my weight right. Totally dissatisfied with my appointment. Was rushed and felt like she was too busy to care. So much so 3 weeks later the problem is still there! Luckily I got use the service unless im in real need! Sad really after 16 years, never had a problem.

Went down to try in vain to get an appointment ,non urgent, after giving up on the phone at 08.00 nonsense at 08.30. Asked for one a couple of weeks away but told they dont go that far in front so ,no. Also told couldnt have one today or tomorrow but possibly saturday if booked with the online 'PATCHS' system which i assume is just an online version of the farcical telephone at 8 method. I say 'assume' because when i tried to get on it at 6 today as advised by receptionist it wouldnt let me due to saying i had 'merged' with myself.🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️. Needless to say it got binned off and soon i will be binning this' practice' off ...practice ???It needs PRACTICE in delivering a basic service although they got the important things right with the virtue signalling multi coloured lanyards being worn .🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

my partner is changing doctors due to the lack of care and advice during her pregnancy, her midwife/doctor provided incorrect information following results and didn't follow up on why she needed certain medication.
