Fair price, easy drop off, got a text when my item was ready to collect. Very quick and efficient service My wedding dress was lovely and clean and wrinkle-free. Staff could be a little more helpful with offering advice or assistance with packing items.

The cleaners that prefer not to clean. I rang to enquire about having an expensive coat cleaned. I was anxious it may go missing as it is irreplaceable due to exclusive design. I simply asked if the cleaning took place on site. Thinking that would limit the chance of it going missing. I was greeted with the abrupt comment 'I would rather not bother' ( clean my coat) May I add this wasn't the business owners response but that of an employee.

Friendly, helpful staff. Overall great service. Suit dropped off Friday afternoon and ready for collection Monday. The price was really good too. Thanks

dont waste your time - never answers phone and never available to dry clean any clothes when i enquire in the shop.
