Just had Mark L. come fit me a boiler, absolutely outstanding - I've never seen such tidy and kempt pipework - kept me plenty informed with what was going on, was patient as I asked a million and one questions, & sorted out for northern gas to fix my governorer. Proper pleased as punch I am! :)

Dan came out to our property following a call to our home breakdown services. We had gone away for new year but parents in law remained in the house. Boiler refused to fire so heating and hot water was lost. Dan arrived at the house and had fixed the issue and fully checked the boiler within half an hour of his arrival. Expert, clean and fast service at a really crucial time of year - thanks Dan, great job.

Recommend Fixx Ltd. Initially came for annual boiler service but discovered a crack in the heat exchanger. Booked in and Fixxxed a week later. Good reliable and trustworthy. Thank you

Absolutely Horrendous Service – Avoid at All Costs If you value your time, sanity, or basic human needs like heating and hot water do NOT use Call Fix. The engineers themselves were polite and seemed competent, but the customer service staff on the phone were utterly useless and dishonest. I was left without heating and hot water for 12 days, all because they repeatedly ordered the wrong part a part that costs just £12 to £18 and could have been sourced and installed in 10 minutes from a local plumbing shop only 7 minutes away. When I called to request an earlier engineer visit, I spoke with a man named Steve who was responsible for ordering parts. Rather than helping, he got defensive and cancelled the engineer visit altogether. And told me to be hapoy as he will get an engieer sacked. Instead of resolving the issue, they delayed everything and may still had bill insurance provider (Domestic & General) heavily for this disaster. To make things worse, when I raised a complaint to insurance, Fixx lied outright, claiming I had "argued with the engineer and made them feel unsafe." The truth? I never even met or spoke to an engineer. Complete fabrication to cover their own incompetence. I have call recordings as evidence, and I will be sharing my experience on social media to warn others and ofcourse insurance company too. Never trust this company. Unless you enjoy stress, lies, and waiting in the cold, steer well clear of Call Fixx.

Had a recent visit from Andy at Fixx for a boiler leak. Was arranged through my insurer. Andy conducted himself professionally and and was very helpful. He got to the bottom of the issue and explained to me what it is. After repairing this he ran a test to ensure all is working smooth before leaving. Very grateful to Andy. Thanks again
