I requested a viewing. They said they’d call me back in 10 mins, they never did. I chased it up. I was given a time to arrive at the property, I arrived on time. The people who were before me were still there. The person showing the property completely ignored my mum and I. The house had a very pungent smell of animals - probably dog. The home was is desperate need of a revamp. Everything was just grotty. Now I know that’s not necessarily the estate agents fault but the whole situation left a horrible taste in my mouth. Quite literally.

Very professional and thorough. Ryan came to our property to appraise it for sale, really friendly and personable, gave us a few tips to improve 'kerb appeal'. Looking forwards to dealing with Ryan and with Crown right through this experience!!
