Sold our house with Reeds Rains Castleford and I can not fault them. Viewings were well communicated, feedback was prompt and they got our full asking price within a month on the market. Sale went through within 12 weeks and all thanks to Rebecca and the team working to chase solicitors and prompt information. They were amazing!
We recently completed a purchase with Reeds Rains and were looked after really well by Alison in the Castleford branch. She always got back in contact if I phoned with queries,and held my hand through the process. She made timely interventions with other parties, such as solicitors and the vendors, to keep things moving along . She acted as both a bridge and a 'piggy in the middle' with patience and calm, and I was very glad to have her along on the journey. Many thanks to all in that branch, but especially to Alison. We are moving in very shortly and can't wait to start a new life in the area.
