The charging is fine, no issues at all, it was the people parked up who were not charging just waiting for their happy meals in the car with their kids.
My first time charging, I did not know what to do. A woman in a Vx Mokka tried to help me, but both machines had connectivity problems. I was panicking due to range, and I had a 2 hr drive home. The woman told me to go to the Costa coffee one and try my luck.
29.12.23 Still a good charger 👍 We arrived on Christmas day and McDonald's was closed which is fine...but they put cones on the road...i had to move it to come in and charge.
The first time charge for my new car was with vistavolt after I had problems I rang up customer care and the lady helped me bit by bit and installing the app which helped me charge my car, Today I have charged it for the second time and it was so easy that I found the charing station on my app got directions towards it were I just parked , plugged and charged through my app. Thanks for life made easy.
First time I’ve charged using the app. No problems whatsoever, InstaVolt charge points always work. However, despite my battery being warm after a 90 minute drive, and battery being at 25%, I only achieved a 29kW charge rate. Upon arrival, I put this down to there being another car in the next bay, but after he left, I charged for another 20 minutes at 29kW. I would’ve charged higher, but left early after juicing up enough to get home.
