These funeral directors are absolutely amazing . They did my mothers funeral molly wilson . The whole team are so lovely and nothing is too much trouble . They really do care and want everything to be perfect. Our mother looked so beautiful at the chapel of rest , she looked so peaceful and glamorous We dealt with chris , Sarah and Shannon all outstanding at their jobs We dealt mainly with Shannon. What a treasure she was . So lovely and kind always happy to help . She is so lovely and friendly . She made our mothers funeral complete. This is the family you want looking after you when you lose your loved one. They just made everything so much easier when my dad passed recently. They’re always on hand to answer any questions you have and they treat you like you’re part of their family. Everything is meticulously planned for you and they explain everything in detail so you’re never left confused or wondering what’s happening. Shannon has done both of my grandparents funerals in the last 14 months and she is incredibly professional and compassionate, both services were perfect from start to finish and were stress free for us as a family.
