Very bad experience My car MOT will be running out 1st of June 2025, I contacted this MOT garage on 20th of May and they booked me for on 28th of May 9am with my name, phone, car type etc, getting there they completely denied me and were playing smart on my mental capacity, making me believe and confused that it was not them I contacted and it was a wrong MOT garage but I could read through their body and facial expressions that they were aware it was me and I was in the right garage. I have to drive down to Leeds to get my MOT done ASAP because my car is my mobility. Am not begging anyone to touch my car, it's my money, my car, myself and safety that's is my concern not any how garage. If you don't want to touch my car you can as well walk away instead of playing smart which wasn't smart enough. Thank you for the brain work well done and never will I step my foot or car there. No more.

Too hot tempered personnel. Is asking a question if they are genuine with a random name of their bank a/c, when you have never met them, is an offensive matter to the seller? Would you just trust and make the money transfer when, at first, in a phone call they mention Paypal (which is a safer way to pay a stranger) and later suggest you make a deposit into a bank a/c? Is messaging the client at 11:00 is the acceptable time? Does that show the person cares or is that just someone messing? What would you think? If honestly, feel as messed about for almost a week. Got no tyres or alloys in the end, missed out on two good deals in the meantime, as given priority to the needlessly principled jokers, as it turns out. In these difficult times people should be nothing, but kind towards each other, this was not the case. Disappointed to say the least.

Flexi pipe wanted replacing. They charged a friend for full exhaust after just welding another new flexi pipe on existing exhaust.
