Writing on behalf of my wife Elizabeth. New customer for cut and blow dry. Lovely salon really friendly team. Ang cut my hair sadly not sure where you learnt to be a hairdresser but your style of cutting hair is not good. Took and hour and half for cut and blow dry she spent more time drying and straightening it then actually cutting my hair. My hair wasn’t sectioned when cutting it so it’s not the same length all the way round the layers are the same nor did she check to make sure it’s the same length. I appreciate on the website it says junior hairdresser but I also should have been told this at my appointment and not be charged full price. Sadly I won’t be back.

My first visit to Mirrors today. I am very happy with the treatment and haircut. They certainly make you feel very welcome from the minute you arrive. I will definitely be back again 🙂 and thank you.

Gave not what I had asked for there was barely any bleach on and gave unnecessary layers that was short pieces of hair on top of the longer hair going to far back and layers are hard to grow out, my hair was being yacked off cutting and cutting at the front and in the end it wasn’t even layers, It was opposite to the picture and a orange colour not even blonde I recommend being more clear with what you ask for as it could be very horrific.

Kate did a fabulous job for my daughter's first manicure. She was so pleased with the results! Thank you.

Absolutely love my hair! I’ve had many issues finding a hairdresser who specialise in colouring especially bright colours and Denise has worked miracles on my brown to red balayage. Would highly recommend 😁
