Always use this place for my laundry . Drop off and pick up later . Both ladies are really nice,helpful and friendly

Felt very rushed by the lady in there. She was friendly enough but I didn't even get the chance to put my whitener in before she started my load. This happened to me and my husband on two separate occasions. Because they're not open very long, it's very busy in those few hours and some people who came after me were turned down (I got there an hour after they opened). Additionally, the launderette uses around half of their washing machines at all times to do their laundry service so if you're going to do your own laundry, expect to have to wait.

Rang to ask if they had a 40lb machine. The response from the girl was unbelievable. I'm using it for an hour then I'm closing. I rang at 12.50pm. I pointed out there opening time says until 4pm and that they close early on Saturday. Her response was to ask "What has that got to do with me ?" I can't wait to hear the news that they are no longer open as a business.

Highly recommend Kleaners Laundry Service Castleford. Linda is amazing, so helpful and kind. I had such a lot of washing that I couldn’t have managed without her. Thank you Linda- you are fabulous. 😊

I used Kleaners in late February and early March 2021 while waiting for my washing machine to be fixed. Linda provided a excellent service and I would not hesitate to use Kleaners again Keep up the GOOD WORK Linda.
