Visited here my many times. Charlene runs a lovely friendly business. Never been dissspointed.

Been using this salon for year, never had a problem,nothing is too much trouble and will always go above and beyond . Brows, lashes nails, and tans are always done to a professional standard. Lovely ,friendly lady inside and out. Would highly recommend.

Less than an hour after I left the salon my shellac started to peel, I contacted them straight away, and sent the picture, she said it hadn’t cured properly and to go back to the salon and she would repair it. Facebook, Google and the salon door said they closed at 7pm, I asked what time to go back, no answer. I went back around an hour later expecting to wait or be given a time, the salon was closed (at 3.30) so I messaged and explained I was outside and asked if she could let me know when would be a good time for me to go back for it repairing, same day or not. I never received an answer. Within 3 days 4 nails had chipped and after a week all nails have chipped, the service should last 2 weeks+. Really don’t like leaving negative reviews especially for small businesses but the customer service and quality isn’t up to scratch, she knew I had my baby shower that weekend as well as my partners 30th celebrations so I decided to treat myself so my nails would look nice on the pictures, but that was ruined.

I have come here for years , had my nails done 4 week ago and only just had to go back today for re- doing just because of re growth and they look amazing . Such a friendly atmosphere I enjoy going not just for my nails and brows but even for a natter Lovely lady would highly recommend x
