Glamour Nails

Been twice now and both times lovely people and nails only 2 times I've ever hady nails done so good experience

Perfect service from start to finish. Had acrilic nails on from a few other places before I found glamour nails and always seem to fall off or break since visiting glamour nails they always last 2-3 weeks wouldn't go anywhere else again tbh and very reasonably priced.

Had my nails done a couple of weeks ago. They weren't great in the first place...didn't do my cuticles properly and most of the acrylics were uneven and not up to the edge, several of them were so thick it was unreal...but I was only getting them done for two weeks for my holiday so thought "ah well!". Went to get them taken off (I'm in catering, not allowed acrylics etc...) and to be frank, they made a total eff up of my natural nails. 1 - They ground too much off three of them so I'm going to have a problem as they grow out 2 - They didn't attempt to give them a near decent shape with an emery after the take off 3 - I looked like I've spent the last two weeks as a brickie (my partners words!) rather than being on holiday, they were really rough, ragged and dull, and then they had the nerve to give me a £5 gift voucher to use in the next three months on another treatment. I've just spent this evening trying to make them look presentable for work on Monday. I'm going to have a couple of months of trouble until they're grown out. If I could have given zero stars, I would have. Avoid.

An awful salon. I walked in on 2 November for a nail treatment ( manicure, cuticule removing). The "master" just asked if I want shellac. Basicaly, he just put shellac and charged £18 for that. Nails looked awful and messy. So I asked why he didn't remove my cuticule, he said that it is not what I asked. That's all. The next day I walked in to talk with manager but she refused it. Said sorry it was a mistake or misunderstanding and if I want they can do a proper manicure with removal of this one for £22. That's all, and just walked away. An awful service, she admitted that they did a mistake but didn't want to do anything with it. Masters are not professionals, they glue tips to your nails, it is awful. They don't talk to clients, do not listen to their needs. I do not recommend this salon, if I can call it a salon at all. The worst experience ever. They just want money, their aim not to gain regular customers. If you want a decent manicure just go to Heaven Nails. It is on the same road.
