Haven Nails

My first visit to Haven nail salon and certainly won't be my last. Lovely clean salon, very pleasant staff a little more expensive than some salons but worth that extra for care and attention to detail I was given. Worth a visit

A family run business, unbeatable quality and always amazing at what they do. No other nail salon compares. Trust me, I’ve tried most nail salons. From being told it’s a me problem because of my nails chipping at any other salon to coming to Haven and receiving the best quality. Never fail & Never any issues. ❤️

Finally found a salon that can do my nails just the way I want them! Lee, his wife, and employee made me feel right at home in their salon. I've been missing my Vietnamese run nail salon since I arrived in England, but now I know exactly where to go to feel beautiful again! Lee did a fantastic job on my pink and white acrylic nails, paying careful attention to detail and making sure I liked his work every step of the way. No other salon I've visited even comes close to the job he did. His employee also did a fantastic job on my French gel toe nails. Highly, highly recommend for the service and the reasonable prices! My nails speak for themselves 💅🏻

I visited this salon a few times last year and was always happy with the quality of my nails, which is why I kept returning. However, I ultimately decided not to come back due to the poor customer service I experienced. The lady made me feel very uncomfortable. She repeatedly slapped my hands and seemed annoyed whenever I didn't position my fingers perfectly. The more frustrated she became, the more anxious I felt. At one point, she even shouted at me for watching her work, which left me shocked and embarrassed. While my nails always looked great, the experience itself was stressful and unpleasant. At the end of the day she is offering a service and small gestures like patience and respectful communication shouldn't be too much to ask. I hope the owner takes this feedback seriously, because they definitely lost a returning customer here and from reading some of the others reviews I don't seem to be the only one. Reply to response: 'Are you sure you got the right salon?' - Yes.

Super happy with my nails! First time walk-in and I was impressed with how speedy, efficient and organised they were. The lady doing my nails responded well to my last minute request to add nail art. They have a great selection of colours for fine nail art or tips to choose from. As you can see, she has a steady hand and took great care with the design. Would recommend!
