Nice shop and convenient for dropping off parcels with Evri - actually have space to store parcels unlike some other costcutter stores - recommend here for Evri parcels and not the costcutter in Byram

Reasonable price on fuel, hand car wash nearby. And a car garage attached (hopefully opening back up soon) Great selection inside the shop

I like it in here, the fuel is always reasonably priced and it’s local and convenient. They have a good range of stuff and it’s all decent and decent prices, but the thing that sometimes puts me off is how rude the counter staff can be sometimes… it’s a bit dismissive and on one visit I had “Hey You! FUEL??!!!” barked at me because I didn’t know if the guy in front of me was waiting. It’s the kinda things that spoiled it for customers otherwise I absolutely would have given a five star rating. On some days this isn’t the case and the staff are friendly… but evidently not a good day when I’ve been in a few times over the last 6 months…perhaps I’ve just been unlucky? 🤷‍♂️

Had a really bad experience in the shop at the petrol station. The products were good but the service was abysmal. I am very obviously heavily pregnant and wanted to return some baby gates using the Hermes service and after struggling through the door I was told to take them to the back of the store and lift them into the bag for delivery. I was clearly struggling to lift them around my bump. As well as this the member of staff wasn't wearing a mask despite there being signs on the door and the fact we are a tier 3 area. I felt really upset after that interaction.

We love this it's local and good staff. A good variety of items. Pretty much everything we need. And also 24hr service
