Craig is blooming brilliant - nothing is too much trouble.. He has done my ensuite replacement and my boiler replacement and couldn’t be happier . His work is brilliant- his standards are high, his advice is great and really wants the best outcome no matter what the budget big or small. His work ethic is second to none and always make sure you are happy throughout: Totally trustworthy and I’ve often left him a key for work while I’m out. Couldn’t be a better choice than using Craig - and all the brill people he sometimes used for tiling/ electrics - Tony is a star. I first called craig for a leak, and now wouldn’t go anywhere else- he’s my go to , thanks Craig . 🤩🤩🤩🤩

Used Craig to sort a bathroom leak coming through the kitchen ceiling back in March and paid £120 for the service. All good until exactly the same issue this morning. Ran Craig and tbh was disappointed with the response - 'can get to you Tuesday/Wednesday' - which would mean not being able to use shower or bath until then. Didn't seem concerned that it suggests a problem with the initial repair saying it could be anything even though its in exactly the same place. Not great customer service in my opinion.

Came out to an emergency leak really quick. Craig is very professional, and helpful. He fitted a brand new beautiful bathroom. Would highly recommend Sharon Smart, Castleford

We highly recommend Craig and his team. They carried out a fantastic job on replacing our bathroom floor. It was a (necessarily) complicated job and we had a row of plumbers and tilers scratch their chins at the possible size of the work that it may have needed. It did become complicated and we are very pleased with our choice to go with Craig Jackson. He is incredibly attentive to details and we are very happy by how thorough and pedantic he is, in the best way possible. As I said to him many times, you have to deeply trust someone doing the jobs that you don't have much of an idea about and in your home for 2 weeks. Your trust will be very well placed in Craig and each of the people and team he chooses to bring with him. He is honest, hard working and a perfectionist with his work. He is also a generally good, affable and hilarious chap. You can't really ask for more from someone left in charge of doing necessary and safe work in your home and delivering it to perfection. Absolutely Outstanding Workmanship! We have just had two bathrooms and a downstairs loo fitted by Craig and John. From the outset we knew that Craig’s attention to detail, his wealth of knowledge and professional abilities that we would end up with amazing showroom worthy bathrooms. At every stage Craig and John kept us up to date with the next phase of the job, even accommodating us making last minute changes. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were trustworthy, punctual, hard working and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day - even outside! We will definitely be using them again in the future. THANK YOU 😊
