I had an outstanding experience with this roofing company. From start to finish, the team was professional, reliable, and extremely knowledgeable. They showed up on time, explained every step of the process clearly, and completed the work with impressive attention to detail. The quality of the materials and craftsmanship is top-notch — my roof looks fantastic and feels solid. What I appreciated most was their honesty and communication. High Design arrived within an hour of calling and assisted in scoping out the work, giving multiple options to resolve the damp issue I was having. After agreeing to a price they immediately set to work there and then, identifying a number of major and minor issues with my roof, chimney and lead flashing. They were also kind enough to take photos and show me in detail where the issues are and how they would resolve them! Within a few hours High Design had finished the work, tidied up after themselves and shown me photos of the fixes. All in all the work was tidy, of great quality and incredibly affordable. The team was very polite too! 5 out of 5 stars, I'll be calling back to see if they can do my front doors too! EDIT: They can! :D

5-Star Review: Excellent Roofing Work We had roofing work carried out today by High Design Roofing, including re-bedding roof tiles and correcting the flashing. They also sealed and secured the chimney and cleared the gutters. We couldn't be more pleased with the results. They are a great team, professional, punctual, and highly skilled. Felix is really personable and takes you through the steps of the process and all at a really fair price. They thoroughly inspected the roof beforehand, clearly explained what needed to be done, and completed the job to a very high standard. The other members of the team were also excellent—everything was done to a very high standard, and the roof now looks better than ever. Felix, High Design Roofing truly impressed me with their outstanding service! They quickly fixed a leak in my roof, expertly repairing tiles and redoing the chimney leadwork. Their professionalism and skill were top-notch, earning a well-deserved 5-star rating.

Felix and his team did a great job repairing my 20 year old roof that had just started to leak. I got a quick comprehensive and competitive written quote. I placed the order and work started within 2 weeks. The ridge tile and valley pointing was starting to fall away and some ridge and gable end tiles were lifting. They removed all the ridge and gable end pointing and replaced it with a dry fit system and repointed the valleys. The very polite team worked hard in hot conditions until the job was complete. They left the site very tidy. One tile was left loose by mistake but they returned swiftly to correct that. I am a very satisfied customer would strongly recommend Felix and his team for any roofing work.
