Was broken into lastnight and approximately 15 vehicles damaged. No way this can be a gold cassoa site. Not happy at all.
Contacted Castleford Caravan Storage in somewhat of a panic after our Storage provider decided to close. The office staff Graham and Melanie could not have been more helpful and went above and beyond to provide us and our daughter with a Storage Plot. First class security systems and flexible entry times.
Helpful staff, took us through all the details. Site security seems very good. It was very reassuring that they were very thorough with checking everything and this gave us confidence in choosing this site to store our van.
With "Touch Tag" access 9-5 7 days a week, security barrier and cameras in a gated compound, it's WELL worth the money. A professional service, delivered with a smile. Definitely recommend.
Took our booking last minute and found a space for us. Easy to access and communication was good.
