Chelsea our travel consultant was outstanding , she was so knowledgeable, helpful and polite , she helped us booked the holiday of our dreams to Canada , her replies to my questions prior to going into the shop were so prompt . We couldn’t have asked for a better person to deal with our booking . 100% the best travel consultant we have dealt with

Went in to today to collect the local currency for my holiday destination, met by a warm reception by every member of staff of the team, everyone made acknowledgments and said good morning, really friendly and super service as always, top marks for everyone, never go anywhere else for these services can’t beat the customer service, thank you!

Can’t thank Hays travel enough for their help, in particular Claire. You have given us our perfect honeymoon, not an exotic destination but it is our favourite hotel in our favourite resort. We couldn’t be happier, thank you so so much.
