Flannels

I recently visited a Flannels store and was extremely disappointed. A Gucci wallet was clearly displayed at £185, and staff verbally confirmed this price. However, when I went to pay, the till showed £289 — and no one informed me of the price change; I only discovered it myself at checkout. I raised this issue with Flannels directly, but their response was dismissive and offered no meaningful resolution. This experience left me feeling misled and disrespected as a customer. I hope Flannels takes these issues seriously to ensure transparent pricing and proper staff conduct, so that other customers do not face the same frustration.

Really awkward interaction. Went to try the CREED aftershave and they were all empty. Instead of the woman “assisting” us by telling us this. She just laughed awkwardly. I then asked if they have more testers? She then got a manager to get out another bottle but then told me “you can’t spray it” I then said well how to I test the scent? To which there was no answer. It’s like I was dealing with robots. I then had to ask “why?” For the lady to tell me “oh we get testers sent in” Well…. Why didn’t you say that then???? Strange awkward interaction that I made clear out loud before I left. Wont be coming back.

Terrible customer service , you should not judge a book by its cover , you could have lost the sale of a 2k handbag , I’ve got money to spend but not with you anymore.
