Adventure Peaks purchased a new server with software and rdx backup from Servers Plus. The advice from Darryll Penfold at Servers Plus was excellent. He was able to quickly offer several solutions for our server migration from SBS 2003 and made me aware of the pros and cons of each offering. Due to time constraints in my job function we made the decision to pay for Servers Plus to build and install the Server along with data migration. Although there were some initial teething problems everything was resolved to our satisfaction without any significant downtime. During the install Darryll was happy to answer all the questions I had, of which there were many, about the new server and it's foibles. Happy with the solution and install we have now made the decision to use Servers Plus for IT backup support for when I am away on expedition.

Purchased a computer for client, it stopped working after about 18 months, was told by Jago Packer (Commercial Director) "If you have sold the product on to a private individual then it’s your problem, not ours. Your first point of call is with Dell as it was sold with a 1 year Dell warranty. I’m afraid we will not be providing free of charge servicing or replacement." Amended full reply from Jago. Therefore don't purchase anything for your clients from this company, poor service.
